I serve as the General Manager for North America at Liquid Barcodes, entrusted with the profit and loss responsibility for the region. My role is multifaceted, encompassing leadership of the global sales team to ensure a robust pipeline that meets our sales targets. I oversee our support team operating from our global offices in Spain and Norway. A core part of my responsibilities involves driving our marketing initiatives to establish a distinctive market positioning in North America. I manage both internal and external marketing teams, aiming to enhance our brand relevance among our target demographic. Additionally, I'm involved in formulating the go-to-market strategy for Liquid Barcodes in markets outside the EU, specifically focusing on expansion into North and Latin America. I'm tasked with demonstrating thought leadership in the North American convenience market, emphasizing the significance of subscriptions as the future of loyalty for Liquid Barcodes. This involves building strategic partnerships within the market, collaborating and steering the development priorities for our innovation pipeline. As the lead representative for industry collaborations with esteemed global trade organizations like NACS, I play a pivotal role in promoting our technological solutions. I specialize in delivering impactful sales presentations to C-suite executives. My involvement extends to the design and implementation of solutions through various marketing channels, be it digital or analogue, and integration with Point of Sale (POS) systems within Liquid Barcodes. Overall, my role entails a comprehensive oversight of operations, sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships while steering the company's growth in the North American market.

Before expanding to the North American market, I served as Head of Sales and Operations for the Asia Pacific regions. Prior to my 10 year career at Liquid Barcodes, I've worked as a Visiting Faculty Member at IMT Ghaziabad in New Delhi, teaching a range of management subjects including Service Operations, Services Marketing, Strategy, Retail Management, and CRM. As the Marketing Director for Costa Coffee, I managed marketing operations and brand development across 25 countries in the Middle East, North Africa, India & S.E. Asia, collaborating with international teams and franchise partners. At Carlsberg India Pvt. Ltd., I oversaw the brand management for Carlsberg, Tuborg & Palone, focusing on market share, brand salience, and product consideration. As the Director of Marketing and Product Development at Lavazza, I managed marketing operations for Barista Lavazza Cafes in India and neighboring countries, launching global café formats in the Indian market. During my tenure as the Marketing Leader for Pizza Hut Delivery (PHD) at Yum! Brands, I focused on media strategies, consumer intimacy, and online marketing initiatives in the delivery business. At Whirlpool Corporation, I oversaw marketing operations in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal & Pakistan, launching brands and identifying new markets for expansion.
