Describe your position in the company:
I work side by side with our Founder & CEO, Shawn Burcham. I am the VP of CEO Executive Operations and have involvement in most initiatives within the company. I also lead our Business Development Services where I work closely with our sales teams. In addition, I work closely with our retail growth teams as they work to grow margins for our retail partners, i.e. in the C-Store channel.
Association and Industry Contributions:
I'm wanting to get more involved, while I work closely with our CEO and support him within the industry and in various associations, I've not yet had the opportunity to dive in on my own. I lead the planning and execution of all of our major shows within organizations we are a part of, so naturally this is my first step. I've served on several other boards/committees that are not specifically industry related.

What does your company sell to convenience stores?:
Foodservice programs: three franchise brands (Champs Chicken, BluTaco, and Hangar 54 Pizza) along with three licensed programs and non branded products.
