Looking for practical advice about challenges and opportunities in your business? Be sure to attend “You Have Questions: Ask the Experts.” This Education Session at the 2026 NACS Show offers a chance for retailers to talk directly with experts from across the convenience industry. The session takes place Thursday, October 8 at 9-10 a.m.

In this unique interactive session moderated by Melissa Vonder Haar, vice president of commercial strategy for TradeWorks, attendees will have a chance to talk to experts in key operational areas such as loss prevention, HR, social media, vendor relations and more. Each of the experts will share something from their own experience—an insight they’ve gained or a recent challenge—then open the table for discussion.

It’s an open, conversational session where attendees can ask questions, exchange ideas and learn what’s working for others across the industry.

Use this survey to provide questions you have ahead of the NACS Show to "Ask the Experts" in their session. Take the survey multiple times to submit multiple questions.
