Love’s Media Group’s recent eight-week campaign, conducted with a leading beverage brand, supported awareness and redemption of a three-for-$9 promotion across participating Love’s locations, and “generated a 23% incremental unit lift and a 19.6% incremental sales lift.” The campaign ran from February 26 through April 22, 2026.

Love’s said the campaign used a “connected mix of high-visibility Love’s Media Group assets to engage customers throughout their visit, including exterior posters, in-store digital screens, pump screens, pump toppers, interior posters, restroom flyers and counter mats.” Together, the placements “created a consistent brand presence from customers’ arrival and fueling experience through the point of purchase,” Love’s said.

According to Love’s, campaign performance was measured through a test-and-control methodology powered by MarketDial. Stores running the Love’s Media Group campaign were compared with matched holdout locations. The analysis included 51 control stores after four outliers were removed. The analysis found a 23% incremental unit lift at a 99% confidence level.

“This campaign is a strong example of what makes retail media so powerful at Love’s,” said Tommy Greenberg, general manager of Love’s Media Group. “It allows us to meet consumers throughout their journey and connect those experiences back to measurable business results. By combining high-visibility media placements across the Love’s environment with a data-driven measurement approach, we were able to demonstrate a meaningful lift in both units and sales for our brand partners.”

Earlier this year, Love’s upgraded its Love’s Rewards loyalty program, “expanding value for all drivers on fuel and in-store purchases across its nationwide network of 608 travel stops and 62 country stores.”

The unified program expands point earnings to both professional and casual drivers, and centralizes rewards in the recently updated Love’s App.
