Pennsylvania-based Rutter’s is launching a brand-new pasta menu featuring a “variety of dishes imported from Italy that put a fresh spin on a classic comfort food,” the retailer said in a press release sent to NACS.

Featured items include the loaded fried chicken and mozzarella sticks spaghetti marinara dish, Italian sausage and peppers spaghetti, Italian trio spaghetti marinara, Buffalo fried chicken fettuccine alfredo, fried chicken bacon ranch fettuccine alfredo, surf and turf fettuccine alfredo, and spaghetti marinara. Rutter’s said it is also offering a chicken parmesan and pasta meal and launching cheesy garlic bread.

“For guests looking to take their meal all the way, Rutter’s is adding indulgent sides and complete meal options to round out the experience, including the cannoli chips and dip cup,” it said.

“Our guests have different tastes and cravings, so we wanted to create a pasta menu that truly offers something for everyone,” said Sr. Director of Food & Beverage Philip Santini. “At the heart of the new menu are pastas imported directly from Italy, reflecting our continued commitment to delivering quality, authenticity and great-tasting food. From classic Italian-inspired favorites and rich, creamy alfredo dishes to hearty, loaded combinations, guests can choose a familiar favorite or customize their meal with a variety of proteins, toppings, sauces and sides to create something uniquely their own.”

The new pasta menu is now available at participating Rutter’s locations.
