Sheetz Rolls Out Thanksgiving-Inspired Menu
The seasonal offerings include the retailer’s signature Holidaze Sub and a Turkey Bacon Cranberry Salad.

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, Sheetz is bringing back its Holidaze menu, available now at all of Sheetz’s more than 850 locations through the beginning of December, according to a press release sent to NACS.
“Building on last year’s Holidaze excitement, Sheetz is bringing back its signature Holidaze Sub alongside two new holiday-inspired creations, serving up Thanksgiving flavor and Grandma-approved goodness for customers to enjoy wherever the road takes them this holiday season,” the retailer said.
The menu features:
- The Holidaze Sub: “After making its debut last year, Sheetz’s signature Holidaze Sub is back for another holiday season. But this year, Sheetz is taking its Thanksgiving flavor to the next level with a game-changing upgrade to this sub: homemade stuffing baked right into the roll.” The sub is finished with turkey medallions, shredded cheese, gravy, crispy onions and cranberry-orange relish.
- Flatzgiving: Featuring turkey medallions, turkey gravy, shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese, crispy onions and cranberry-orange relish.
- Turkey Bacon Cranberry Salad: The seasonal salad features chopped romaine lettuce topped with turkey medallions, shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese, crispy onions and cranberry-orange relish.

It’s the kind of roll Grandma would bake, with a little Sheetz imagination. Alongside the return of our fan-favorite Holidaze Sub and new holiday creations, we’re serving up seasonal comfort without all the cooking and cleanup.”
In other recent Sheetz news, the retailer was named the third best “large-sized” company on the 2026 Best Workplaces in Retail list from Fortune and Great Place to Work.
The annual survey asks employees if leaders are accessible, if they feel respected as individuals, if they receive support for their well-being and personal development and if they have opportunities to contribute, among other questions.
