Pilot to Offer 25 Cents Off Gas During July 4 Weekend
Customers can redeem the offer at participating Pilot, Flying J and One9 travel centers.

Pilot is gearing up for the July 4 holiday weekend with a 25 cents off every gallon of gas or auto-diesel limited-time offer in the Pilot app. The offer can be redeemed at participating Pilot, Flying J and One9 travel centers nationwide from July 1 through 5.
“As we celebrate our country’s 250th anniversary this Fourth of July, we’re proud to keep fueling iconic road trips across the nation,” said Kari Irons, chief experience officer at Pilot. “There’s something special about hopping in the car and embracing the freedom of the journey, and Pilot is out here to be the place people count on to make the most of their miles.”
To redeem 25 cents off per gallon of gas or auto-diesel, customers need to claim the limited-time offer in the Pilot rewards app from July 1 – 5, 2026, and scan the barcode, or enter a myRewards number or phone number at the pump or inside the store, before fueling.
AAA projects that the week of June 27 through July 5 is expected to see 72.2 million Americans traveling at least 50 miles from home for the Fourth of July. That is more than last year’s 71.8 million, AAA said.
The projection includes 61.4 million traveling by car, or 85%, compared to 61.3 million last year. AAA pointed out that those road trips are happening despite elevated gas prices, although prices are still lower than the national average of $4.80 on Independence Day in 2022.
Other retailers are also gearing up for the holiday. Arko is celebrating the nation’s 250th anniversary with a nationwide fuel savings initiative: customers enrolled in Arko’s fas REWARDS loyalty program can save up to $2.50 per gallon on up to 20 gallons through stackable fuel discounts earned on qualifying purchases inside the store.
