Georgia-based Parker’s Kitchen has launched a new round-up campaign to “help women experiencing homelessness in Georgia and to expand access to healthcare in South Carolina,” the retailer said in a press release sent to NACS. The campaign runs now through October 31 at all retail locations.
Parker’s Kitchen said it will match 25% of all customer donations. To amplify the impact, Parker’s Kitchen will match 50% of all donations throughout the month of August.
“Proceeds from the latest round-up campaign in Georgia will benefit Parker’s House for Women in Savannah, Georgia, a residential facility that is operated by Union Mission and provides emergency housing, counseling and comprehensive services for women experiencing homelessness. Proceeds from the Parker’s Kitchen round-up campaign in Charleston, South Carolina; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and surrounding areas will support Roper St. Francis Healthcare, providing healthcare for uninsured and underinsured residents across the metro Charleston area,” the retailer said.
“At Parker’s Kitchen, we have a deep commitment to making a transformative impact on the communities we serve across the region,” said Olivia Parker, outreach and communications manager at Parker’s Kitchen. “We invite our customers to join us in rounding up their transactions to the nearest dollar to help those in need. When you shop at Parker’s Kitchen, you know your money stays local and makes a positive impact in the community.”
In 2025, the retailer opened Parker’s House: A Home for Women, the first facility in the region dedicated to supporting unaccompanied homeless women. Read more about the facility in “Giving Back: A Core Value at Parker's Kitchen,” from the September 2025 issue of NACS Magazine.
Parker’s Kitchen said it is currently expanding into new markets, including Jacksonville, Florida; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and Columbia, South Caolina. The retailer plans to open 17 new stores in 2026.
