Randy was one of the first sales managers at SemaConnect (now part of Blink Charging) and has helped hundreds of facility owners and managers begin and expand their EV charging programs. Degree in Marketing and Sales Leadership from DePaul University. Spent 10 years at Old World Industries, the makers of PEAK Antifreeze and BlueDEF Diesel Exhaust Fluid. Starting as an Inside Sales Assistant and ending my tenure on the Global Sales Management Team at OWI. 3 years ago, I moved to HS Wholesale as the National Sales Manager and am now the Director of the Retail Division at HS Wholesale. My ties to the convenience channel are strong as my father was a 7-Eleven Franchisee for 7 locations. I grew up in C-Stores and lived through the challenges they traverse. My understanding of the convivence sector started in my father's store's at Retail, then deepened as a manufacturer of products carried by C-Stores at Old World Industries and now has come full circle at HS Wholesale, a distributor of OTP products into C-Stores nationwide. My unique background gives me the ability to understand the wants, needs and requirements to succeed in C-Stores from the perspective of Retails, Distributors and Manufacturers, respectively and all at once.
