Benefits at NACS

While your pay is the largest portion of your compensation, NACS is invested in you and provides additional compensation via indirect sources such as our Health programs, Retirement Plan & Professional Development.

Medical/Dental/Vision: NACS offers 2 comprehensive health plans (HMO & POS) that include medical, dental and vision. There is a $0 deductible for both plans. NACS covers 88% of the monthly HMO premium and 80% of the monthly POS premium. Coverage is available the first day of the following month of employment. Coverage is available for employee and all dependents.

Disability and Life Insurance: NACS pays 100% of the cost for Short Term/Long Term Disability, Basic Life (2x Annual Salary) and A.D.D. Insurance (2x Annual Salary) for all full-time employees.

Other: Flexible Spending Accounts and Aflac enrollments available through payroll deductions.

Defined Contribution: After one full year of employment, NACS will make a direct contribution of 6% of an employee’s salary.

Company Match: Immediate upon hire, NACS will match contributions on the first 6% of deferral at $0.50 per dollar deferred, or a maximum of 3% of compensation.

Retirement & Financial Advising: Private 1 on 1 advising, complimentary to all employees.

Professional Development: 100% coverage for position related development (professional memberships, conference fees, conference travel expenses, etc.)

Tuition Reimbursement: 5% of an employee’s salary towards undergraduate/graduate tuition and books.
