Leading into Memorial Day weekend, Circle K is offering 40 cents off per gallon of fuel between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. today only, May 23, for its third annual Circle K Fuel Day.

In honor of Memorial Day, Circle K is donating 10% of the Fuel Day sales profits to the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, which provides college scholarships and educational counseling to military children who have lost a parent in the line of duty.

“As many consider this holiday weekend the unofficial start of summer, we are excited to bring all of our valued customers, new and old, some great savings at the pump,” said Louise Warner, senior vice president, global fuels, for Circle K. “We are also proud to recognize the true meaning of Memorial Day, through our support of our non-profit partner, the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, during this event.”

Offering additional deals, Circle K announced its summer drink promotion earlier this month, offering Polar Pop and Froster at any size for 79 cents from May through August. Customers who are a part of Circle K’s membership program, Inner Circle, can enjoy the same offer starting at 69 cents using the Circle K app.

TravelCenters of America is also kicking off Memorial Day Weekend, which is projected to be one of the busiest road trip weekends on record, by offering 10 cents off any grade gasoline on Friday, May 24.

Also honoring Memorial Day and supporting military personnel through Military Appreciation Month this May:

  • Pilot has been giving away weekly freebies through its myRewards Plus app and offers a 10% military discount on food and beverages to service members and veterans.
  • Yesway made a $100,000 donation to Operation Homefront to support military personnel and first responders, and is encouraging customers to donate through in-store purchases or Smile Rewards donations at any of Yesway’s 435 locations. The retailer is donating 10 cents to Operation Homefront for every purchase of a Body Armor 28-ounce or one-liter beverage, or any Yesway or Allsup’s private-label brand salty snack.
