Royal Farms is expanding with three new stores in North Carolina, with locations in Greenville, Plymouth and Windsor, all opening in July.

"We are excited to strengthen our footprint in North Carolina with the addition of these three new stores," said Kim Kneipp, district leader at Royal Farms. "Our goal is to bring more convenience, high-quality food options, and exceptional service to the communities of Greenville, Plymouth, and Windsor. We are excited to become a bigger part of these communities and look forward to serving our new neighbors."

To celebrate its grand openings, Royal Farms will be hosting a ticketed soft opening event at each new location where customers can check out the new store and receive one free meal from the soft opening menu.

Buc-ee’s opened its second Kentucky location, a 53,000-square-foot travel center in Smiths Grove. According to WKU public radio, it’s the smallest community to welcome a Buc-ee’s in the retailer’s 14-state portfolio.

Stewart’s Shops reopened its newly rebuilt store in Worcester, New York, which is twice the size of its previous location at 4,236 square feet and features an expanded grocery section. Located 30 mins away from Cooperstown, New York, and the Baseball Hall of Fame, the store offers $1 off ice cream for kids in athletic uniforms.

The Worcester shop is part of Stewart’s $50 million capital investment plan for 2024, which includes shop construction, renovations and the expansion of its plant’s commercial kitchen located in Saratoga County.
