Hershey is unveiling new products at the National Confectioners Association’s 2024 Sweets & Snacks Expo, held May 14-16 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
New candy snacks include:
- Reese’s caramel big cup, which made an appearance at last year’s NACS Show, adds a layer of caramel to the peanut butter cup.
- Kit Kat pink lemonade, which the company describes as a bar wrapped in white creme with hints of strawberry and lemon tart, coming June 2024.
- Kit Kat vanilla, coming to shelves in November 2024.
- Hershey’s crunchy waffle cone bars, which is a Hershey’s milk chocolate bar with waffle cone pieces, available August 2024.
- Ice Breakers Sparkling Mints pineapple mango seltzer flavor.
In its salty lineup, the company is launching:
- Dot’s Homestyle Pretzels parmesan garlic flavor.
- SkinnyPop cheddar jalapeño.
- Hershey’s cookies ‘n’ crème popcorn.
Hershey will also add cookies ‘n’ crème and Reese’s peanut butter cup flavors to its line of ONE protein bars.
Last month, Reese’s introduced a limited peanut butter cup in the shape of a medal to honor the 2024 summer Olympics held in Paris. It’s the first summer seasonal shape for the brand.
“Now, with the addition of our newcomer, Reese’s Medals, and through our collaboration with Team USA and an incredible roster of athletes, we are bringing [the] spirit of friendly competition to the lead up to the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024,” said Shannon Wilkinson, Reese’s senior brand manager.
Reese’s Medals are available now for a limited time in snack, standard and king size packages, nationwide. Reese’s Medals join Hershey’s Kisses Milk Chocolates with patriotic foils and Ice Breakers Limited Edition Golden Pineapple Gum and Mints as part of The Hershey Company’s full roster of products celebrating Team USA this summer.
