Love’s Aims to Hire 2,000 New Team Members

With opportunities company-wide, job offers will be made on-the-spot for some roles.

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking to hire 2,000 employees during its two-day National Hiring Event on March 26 and 27, the retailer said.

The in-person event will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day at Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores and Speedco and Love’s Truck Care locations across the country.

Love’s is looking for team members to join:

  • Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores
  • Speedco and Love’s Truck Care locations
  • Love’s retread centers
  • Gemini’s fleet of professional drivers

Wawa recently announced it was beginning its summer hiring at its beach and shore locations. The retailer aims to hire nearly 1,500 new associates at Wawa stores from the New Jersey Shore to the beaches of Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. Wawa has more than 60 stores located in those areas that are preparing for the summer season.

Casey’s announced it is ramping up its hiring efforts and introducing new employee retention strategies.

The convenience retailer is encouraging people to apply to the company’s open positions and is also focusing on developing current employees.
